Transparent skin with scattered small spots, mouth, gill cavity, peritoneum, stomach, and pyloric caeca black; skin thin and loose; pectoral fin notched with membranes connecting lower rays; gill slit entirely above pectoral fin; pectoral rays 12-15; caudal fin small, elongate .
